Stretch with Block
Gentle Flow
Perfect for beginners or those seeking a calm, restorative practice. Gentle Flow combines slow, mindful movements with focused breathing to help you relax, release tension, and stay present. Ideal for easing into yoga or recovering from stress or injury.

Warrior Two
Moderate Flow
Progress your practice with Moderate Flow, blending vinyasa sequences, strength-building poses, and mindful breathing. Designed for balance, flexibility, and focus, this class is perfect for those ready to sweat and flow at their own pace.

Community Yoga
Dynamic Flow
An energizing 60-minute class for intermediate and advanced yogis. Dynamic Flow builds stamina, strength, and flexibility through creative, invigorating sequences. Modifications are offered, ensuring you move at your own pace while embracing this powerful, heart-opening practice.

Shavasana
Restorative Yoga
($10 Community Price)
Unwind and recharge in a peaceful space with soothing music and supportive props like blankets and eye pillows. This class begins with gentle movement and flows into restorative poses, ending with Yoga Nidra—a deeply relaxing state of 'yogic sleep.' Perfect for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Our studio is open 15 minutes before and after each class for in-person inquiries, ensuring personalized attention while respecting your time and schedule. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, YogiSmile is here to guide you on your wellness journey.
